Well no working out for me today. Some unforseen circumstances have caused me to take a day off. Okay I'm just going to tell it, I was robbed yesterday while I was at work. Not really fair because I was in the groove but I will resume tomorrow morning before church. Until then y'all please pray for me, because I really can't stand a thief. Especially those who steal from you while you're working hard.....oh well we shall resume tomorrow.
